The property is very well managed and extremely inviting and cosy. It’s easily accessible and is at a prime location where the entire tourist spots can be covered by foot?.The room was very cosy and extremely warm (a must for winters)! ?

Excellent location and great view from the suite with a panorama terrace. Clean and comfortable.

Parking is a challenge if arriving by car.

The location and the proximity to must-see places is awesome. The dome type room was a great experience

Zorba & Bond is pure perfection. The location, the decor, the atmosphere - everything feels effortless. But what really makes it special is Nutsa. She is the kind of person who turns a beautiful place into a home. Always kind, always smiling, always ready to help with anything you need.

First floor means "ground floor", even closer to -1. That was really unexpected. The windows are a bit below the ground level

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in an old historic building, which was renovated only a year ago, so everything is new. The furnishings are immaculate and the attention to detail is incredible. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and only minutes walk to the main sites in the old town. The staff were fantastic and helped me a lot with local tips for restaurants, etc. They made me feel really at home. The room was very comfortable and well-equiped - they have thought of everything! If you can, pay more for a room with a balcony - the views over the river are worth the upgrade. They can provide breakfast on request and offer a number of services, e.g. massage. Otherwise, you can get breakfast at one of many cafes in the old town.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very cosy, giving it a homely and relaxing feel from the moment you walk in. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well taken care of.What really stood out, though, was the staff. They are extremely nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and making sure guests feel comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.Overall, it’s a charming place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and great service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

The hotel is in a very nice location infront of the river. Staff are very kind and helpful. They would put effort in making sure you're comfortable and happy. The room was very spacious and the furniture was really classy. The only thing I would suggest to be improved is the bathroom door and wall. It's a glass door which doesn't really close well so it would be a great improvement to change it and make a proper door even if you want to maintain the glass design. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would definitely come back if the bathroom door is changed. I wish you the best.

Needs some care when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance

Just wow! One of the best hotels I've stayed at ever! Everything was great, starting from the extremely welcoming and helping staff. The room had all listed amenities. We stayed in an incredibly beautiful, stylish and very spacious room with a nice view of Tbilisi with attention to details, the bed was large and very comfortable, room was private. I would love to return to this hotel when I'm visiting Tbilisi.

Everything was great

Connected to the old district of the city so everything was in walking distance, while being in a quiet corner away from the hustle good place to relax. The place looked vintage however kept well managed and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and happy to their best to accommodate.

The AC cooling in room could be little better. Rest nothing to talk about

We absolutely loved our 10-day stay at Zorba & Bond! We came to Tbilisi to get married and, by happy coincidence, the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the Public Hall - an ideal location since we had to visit it multiple times.The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was warm, responsive, and eager to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Tika, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She helped us with reservations, gave us great restaurant recommendations, booked a hairstylist, and offered so much thoughtful support. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, which meant a lot to us during such a special time.When they found out we had just gotten married, they surprised us by upgrading our service and gifting us a bottle of bubbly - such a kind gesture! And when the owner overheard us mentioning laundry difficulties, he personally arranged to have our clothes washed and returned to us clean and neatly folded.The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast service was delicious and convenient.We truly can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks again to Tika and the wonderful team for making our stay unforgettable!

The location was just perfect! Very central and easy to reach by foot.The hotel room and facilities as exactly as described and shown in pictures.Very clean and modern furniture.The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped is to check in a bit earlier and allowed us to check out a bit later to match our flights schedule.Highly recommend and would definitely be staying here again.

One of a kind hotel located on the 8th floor of a historical building overlooking the river. The VIP room was stunning and super comfortable with the best view imaginable! The team was as friendly and helpful as can be and the location was perfect. We will defiantly coma back!

The electric kettle was outside in the shared area for some reasons :). However, it's not a problem

It is in a prime location and within waking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Room was as per described, it was decorated tastefully and all the items were top notch. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I cannot seem to find any reason not to book again.

Fantastic hospitality, breakfast in bed served on time every day.
